On July 17, 1955, Walt Disney unveiled his amazing park. A dream that took a year and $17 Million to complete. Little did he know that his park would become one of the most succsesful theme parks in the world.

And not only is it one of the most successful, but the most loved theme parks in the world. When Walt built his park in 1955, he had built a theme park that would defy all odds and continue to thrive and bring joy to people of all ages.

Now, here we are, 60 years later. Most of the men who helped make Disneyland are old retired and the great man himself, Walt Disney is long dead. But their legacy continues on through others. For example, the other imagineers that took their places continue to use the same kind of thinking and imagination to expand, re-sculpt and re-desighn the park for the new generation of guests. Now, you might think that a theme park this large and sucsessful wouldn't take risks in what it puts in its park. Disneyland is differant. They are always trying new things and tecnologies in their attractions and rides.

Disneyland will always continue to be the highest standard of a Theme Park and will contiue to put a smile on the faces of people of all ages. Thank you Disneyland for giving me good memories with my family. Thanks Walt, for having the courage to accomplish your goals and dreams.
